WELCOME TO HOUSING COMPLY
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HousingComply website, products, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
HousingComply provides a cloud-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate and streamline Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), PFC and HFC compliance processes. Our Services are designed to help property managers and owners ensure compliance with applicable regulations and avoid costly penalties.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
When you create an account with HousingComply, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your properties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password, or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to disable any username or password at any time if we believe it is being used inappropriately.

We take the security of your account and data very seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
